The role - Teaching Assistant
- Full-time Teaching Assistant post within Early Years.
- Supporting the class teacher with daily learning activities.
- Working one-to-one and with small groups of pupils.
- Helping children to develop confidence and independence.
Requirements for the Teaching Assistant role
- At least 6 months' recent experience as a Teaching Assistant in EYFS.
- Knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.
- Ability to support children with SEN and EAL.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about early education.
