Teaching Assistant Duties
Support a Reception class full-time as part of the EYFS provision
Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities
Provide focused support as a Teaching Assistant to ensure progress for all children
Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and day-to-day routines
Person Specification
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in EYFS is essential
Knowledge of early years curriculum and child-centred learning approaches
Patient, nurturing, and able to build strong relationships with young learners
Flexible, committed, and ready to be a valued member of staff
