SEN Teaching Assistant - Warrington - Immediate Start

A caring and inclusive primary school in Warrington is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately.

Key Details:

  • Full-time role (Monday to Friday, school hours)

  • Immediate start

  • Located in Warrington

  • Long-term with potential for a permanent position

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties

  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to provide personalised learning support

  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment

  • Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to meet pupils' needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN (school, nursery or youth work background)

  • A calm, patient and nurturing personality

  • A team player with excellent communication skills

  • A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) is an advantage but not essential
