Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00
Pay: £14-£16/hour
Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Reeson Education are looking for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming KS2 specialist setting in the M14 area. This teaching assistant role is ideal for a patient, proactive professional passionate about supporting pupils with complex needs. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to helping every child succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Teaching Assistant will:
* Support pupils with a wide range of needs, including ASD, SLCN, ADHD, and SEMH.
* Use Team Teach or equivalent training to safely manage behaviour and support pupils in regulated ways.
* Lead small group and 1:1 interventions as a teaching assistant to promote learning, independence, and confidence.
* Assist as a teaching assistant in planning and delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the teacher.
* Build trusted, consistent relationships with pupils who benefit from structure, routine, and positivity.
* Contribute as a teaching assistant to classroom management, including supporting transitions and fostering inclusion.
