Pay: £13.69 to £15.87 per hour (PAYE or umbrella)
Contract: Part-time, fixed-term for one academic year

Reeson Education is recruiting a patient and caring Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and well-staffed primary school in the Bramhall (SK7) area of Stockport. This Teaching Assistant role begins in September and runs for the full academic year on a fixed-term, part-time basis.

This Teaching Assistant opportunity is ideal for someone looking to work afternoons only - supporting a lovely Year 2 class that includes several children with SEN needs. You'll work closely with a skilled team of teachers and assistants who value a nurturing and team-based approach to education.

Key responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
* Provide SEN support in class as a proactive Teaching Assistant
* Work collaboratively with the class teacher and wider staff
* Support pupils with needs such as ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and communication barriers
* Promote engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion as a Teaching Assistant
* Use appropriate strategies to support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
* Contribute to a calm, safe, and structured learning environment
* Assist with group activities and learning tasks in your Teaching Assistant role
* Offer feedback and observations to support pupil development
* Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures as a Teaching Assistant
* Be a warm and consistent presence in the classroom as a Teaching Assistant

This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who:
* Has experience supporting children with additional needs in Key Stage 1
* Is confident working part-time afternoons in a structured primary setting
