Role-Teaching Assistant

Location-M13, Manchester
Duration-Full-time, Long-term (Monday to Friday)

Hours-8:30am - 4:00pm

Pay-£13.69 - £15.87 per hour

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated and nurturing SEN primary provision in the M13 area of Manchester. This full-time, long-term position is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who is experienced, resilient, and passionate about supporting pupils with complex additional needs.

The successful Teaching Assistant will work across Key Stages within a specialist provision, providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with significant social, emotional, and behavioural needs, as well as other complex learning difficulties. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who can bring consistency, calmness, and a positive attitude to the classroom.

Please note: Official restraint training such as Team Teach or an equivalent is essential for this role.
If you do not hold recognised restraint training, please do not apply at this time.

Teaching Assistant - Key Information:

  • Full-time, long-term position
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
  • Based in M13, Manchester
