About the Role:
We are a friendly and inclusive primary school located in Brentford, Hounslow, and we are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Key Stage 1 (KS1) team from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support children at a crucial stage in their early education. Your role will involve delivering small group work, supporting individual pupils (including those with additional needs), and contributing to a positive, nurturing classroom environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children in a primary school setting (ideally in KS1 or EYFS)

  • Is patient, kind, and passionate about supporting children's learning and well-being

  • Can work collaboratively as part of a team but also show initiative when needed

  • Has good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE English and Maths or equivalent)

  • Is willing to support children with a range of needs, including speech and language, social communication, and early literacy skills

  • Brings energy, creativity, and a positive attitude to the school community

In return, we offer:

  • A supportive and welcoming staff team

  • Opportunities for professional development and training

  • A well-resourced and engaging learning environment

  • A diverse and inclusive school community

  • Excellent transport links and a vibrant location in West London

This role is ideal for someone considering a future career in teaching or child development.
