Reeson Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Ealing. This role involves working closely with children who have special educational needs (SEN), providing 1:1 and small group support, and helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting children with a range of special educational needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or learning difficulties).
Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
Encouraging children's social and emotional development.
Creating a safe and engaging classroom environment.
Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and external specialists.
Requirements
Experience supporting children with additional needs is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
