What you'll need:
- Some experience supporting children within a professional setting
- Desirable would be someone with a degree or qualification within childcare
- Passion and desire to support children with SEN within mainstream primary schools
- Good understanding of the UK curriculum, particularly within upper KS2
- Enhanced DBS and right to work full time within the UK
The school:
This small primary school in Shepherd's Bush is looking for a teaching assistant to join their supportive team from September 2025 for the academic year. This position will be to support 2 pupils within year 6 with SEN, your role will include supporting the children with their learning and ensuring they have the best set up towards their year 6 SATS. You will work with the class teacher, SENCO and other members of SLT on a daily basis, supporting within lessons and outside.
