The TA Job:
Are you Team Teach Trained? We are looking for some confident TA's who are currently looking to take on a new challenge. We are looking for TA's across all boroughs of London who are looking for a full time, long term role from February onward.
The TA needs to have prior experience with working within special needs schools and be happy to provide personal care when required.
Our client schools are situated across all boroughs of London and have fantastic transport links. These Ofsted rated, good to outstanding schools have fantastic facilities and resources for both students and staff. These client schools don't follow the national curriculum and focus on the individual needs of the child such as physical, medical and personal development. These children will have varying special needs such as Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, Profound and Multiple Learing Difficulties.
The Ideal Applicant:
We are now looking for Team Teach TA's who are highly confident, resilient, committed, driven and passionate to work with in our client schools for the next term. As this vacancy is a February start, it is key for any new member of staff that joins the school that a smooth transition takes place, in order to create minimal disruption for the students and staff.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children with complex needs in either a mainstream or a special school. We need someone who is highly confident in supporting students with complex needs.
