SEN TA:

Reeson Education are currently looking for Team Teach TA's for a September 2020 start. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within outstanding, special needs schools situated in London. These will be long term positions in the first instance with the potential of becoming permanent for the right candidate. These opportunities will be working full time with children that have complex needs such as ASD, MLD, SEMH, HI, VI and SLCN. The successful SEN TA's needs to have previous experience working with children with special needs, preferably primary or secondary trained and have prior experience working as part of an inclusive team. Your role will be working as a classroom based SEN TA, you will be asked to support the classroom teacher and work with children in small groups or work with students on a 1:1 basis.

The School:

Here at Reeson Education we work with special needs schools all across London. They all approximately have 300 students or less between the ages of 5 -19. They can support pupils with all complex needs It is the school's focus to make sure they make a difference in all of their student lives, by providing excellent teaching and creating a safe environment for their pupils to learn within.

The Ideal Applicant:

The Headteachers are looking for a Team Teach TA with a can-do attitude, someone who is honest, resilient and most importantly respectful. As the vacancies are for September, it is key for any new member of staff that joins the school that a smooth transition takes place, in order to create minimal disruption for the students after the summer holidays.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children with complex needs in either a mainstream or a special school. We need someone who is highly confident in supporting students with complex needs.
