Textiles Teacher

A Textiles Teacher is needed in an All Girls Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.

This Textiles Teacher role will be part time, 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities will include taking a Tutor Group, as well as teaching KS3 DT, Year 10 to 11 Textiles and A Level Textiles.

The school uses Edexcel for GCSE and AQA for A Level.

As a Textiles Teacher at the school, you will be expected to plan lessons, assess pupils work, attend school meetings, parents' evenings, CPD sessions and INSET days.

The rates of pay for this Textiles Teacher role will be dependent on experience and qualifications, ranging from £160 to £260 a day.

Requirements

You are encouraged to apply if you are a newly qualified Textiles Teacher or experienced Textiles Teacher.

  • UK QTS or overseas equivalent
  • Clear and updated Enhanced DBS
