The Role:
Teaching a Year 2 class within Key Stage 1
Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
Supporting pupils' academic and social development
Monitoring pupil progress and maintaining high expectations
Working collaboratively with support staff and the wider school team
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
A positive, proactive and nurturing approach to teaching
Committed to supporting children to reach their full potential
