REESON Education are recruiting for an experienced Year 2 Teacher to work in a Central Hackney Primary School. The role will be to start as soon as schools reopen (as early as March 8th) until the end of the academic year in July.
The school is a successful, diverse 2 form entry located a short walk away from Old Street Station. Old Street is well connected via Overground and Underground and therefore the school is commutable from most London locations.
As a Year 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum. You must be confident in your curriculum knowledge and be able to successfully differentiate lessons to suit pupils of varying ability levels. The school has a good academic record within Year 2 and you will be directly responsible for maintaining those standards as you prepare the pupils for entering KS2. You must also be able to confidently manage and maintain high standards of behaviour in line with school policies.

The ideal candidate for this Year 2 Teacher role will have a minimum of 1 year's experience teaching either Year 2 or KS1 within a UK school setting. Strong applications from Overseas trained teachers will also be considered. You must also be able to provide contact details for 2 Education referees as well as demonstrate a proven track record of success within your teaching career.
