The Role:
Year 2 Class Teacher (Key Stage 1)
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum
Supporting pupils through an important stage, including preparation for end of KS1 assessments
Creating a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment
Monitoring progress and ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
A creative and engaging teaching style
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
A team player with a proactive and positive approach
