REESON Education are recruiting for a temporary Year 3 Teacher to undertake a maternity cover contract within one of our NW London client schools. The role will commence ASAP and until the end of the academic year.
The school are an OFSTED 'Good' community school located in a well-connected part of Brent. The school can be easily reached via the Jubilee line, the Overground or a variety of local bus routes. The school is commutable from a variety of NW, N, W and SW area.
Class sizes are approximately 30 pupils and behaviour has been noted as excellent across KS2. Children enjoy being at school and the Staff and Leadership team are incredibly inclusive and supportive of all Teachers.
As a Year 3 Teacher you will be required to plan, prepare and deliver differentiated lessons aimed at ensuring all pupils are challenged and get the most out of their school day.
A successful Year 3 Teacher will have a good knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum and ideally have at least 1 year's KS2 Teaching experience within a London School. Prior experience supporting pupils with English as a Second Language as well as SEND would be advantageous but not essential. The school are open to applications from experienced and teachers those who have 1 years' experience.
This role will be via an agency contract and daily rates of pay are negotiable based on experience. This role would be ideal for an experienced Year 3 Teacher who is looking to move away from full time teaching. There is also the possibility for the role to be 4 days a week for the right candidate.
