The School:

REESON Education are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Year 3 Teacher with a genuine passion for learning. Our client school is a successful, OFSTED "Outstanding" 2 form entry with a fabulous reputation and supportive Leadership team.

The school are open to offering a permanent contract with a possible TLR for the successful Year 3 Teacher. The Headteacher is highly organised and looking to conduct initial interviews for this role as soon as possible with the view to secure a Year 3 Teacher prior to the Christmas break.

The school itself is part of a local federation who aims to improve the standard of education within the local area. The team has a passion for the local community and offers excellent support both to staff as well as parents and all pupils alike. There is extensive CPD available at the school and excellent opportunities for career development across the Federation for Teachers who are looking to expand their experience and progress their career.

The Role:

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to a mixed ability class of 28 Year 3 pupils. You will have a supportive TA in the class to offer additional assistance and excellent resources to hand. You will need to monitor pupil progress on a regular basis ensuring the school's high academic standards are maintained across all subjects. All planning will be completed in collaboration with parallel year teachers and SLT are on hand to offer additional support as needed.

The Headteacher is willing to offer a competitive salary based on experience as well as an initial meet & greet for candidates who wish to see a school in person prior to progressing to formal interview stage.

To be considered for this Year 3 Teacher role you will need:

  • To be fully qualified (PGCE, B.Ed) with QTS
  • A clear, enhanced DBS on the update service ideally
  • Minimum of 1 year's KS2 teaching experience
  • To provide reference details for the last 5 years
