We are seeking a motivated and inspiring Year 3 Teacher to join our friendly and diverse primary school located in Southall for this January. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated practitioner who is passionate about supporting pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2 and develop greater independence in their learning.
About the Role
We are looking for a teacher who:
Has strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, particularly Year 3 expectations
Can deliver creative, engaging lessons that stretch and support all learners
Uses assessment effectively to inform planning and raise attainment
Brings excellent behaviour management through warmth, consistency, and positive relationships
Works collaboratively with colleagues and contributes to a vibrant staff culture
Communicates confidently with parents and supports pupils' emotional and academic development
Suitable for ECTs or experienced teachers who are enthusiastic about shaping confident, curious KS2 learners.
