REESON Education are currently looking for a Year 3Teaching Assistant to take on a role at one of our partner schools for the 22/23 academic school year. The West London based school are looking to interview / invite candidates in for an interview / trial day on the first week back in September.
The role:
Role will be made up of:
- Part time supporting a child in Year 3 with Autism
- Part time supporting the other children within the class as well as assisting the class teacher with any additional needs
The student with Autism has some behaviour issues but is incredibly well mannered and can be a little emotional due to some prior trauma in his/her life. The school need someone full of energy and creative to motivate and assist everyone within the class. The successful Year 3 Teaching Assistant will be positive, confident and energetic. The other children within the class will require support with accessing the curriculum as well as ensuring they are set up for lessons. This will all be planned by the teacher but implemented by the Year 3 Teaching Assistant so the successful candidate will need to be able to help the students break down the curriculum and help them meet their targets in Maths and English.

The school is based in a lovely part of West London. Easily accessible by public transport and has a safe on - site parking. The head teacher is lovely and super friendly. The school is rated 'Good' at Ofsted and is a lovely place to work every day with children from all different backgrounds.
