REESON Education are recruiting on behalf of a successful community Primary school located in the London Borough of Islington. The school are looking for a KS2 Year 4 Teacher to join the team on an initial fixed term contract commencing ASAP until the end of the year in July.
The school are an OFSTED 'Good' 3 form entry, who cater for a diverse local community. Standards of achievement in English, Maths and Science are often above the National Average across the phases, and the leadership team are incredibly proud of the school's positive ethos.
The school does have quite a high proportion of learners with English as a Second Language as well as Special Educational Needs. As such, experience working within Inner London Schools would be preferred. Behaviour can sometimes be challenging, and therefore a calm, but firm manner will be essential.
The team at the school are incredibly supportive, and all planning will be done collaboratively with parallel year teachers. CPD and career progression opportunities are available for the right candidate.
The school are able to potentially offer a permanent contract in September 2020 to the right candidate, who demonstrates a genuine passion for the role and the values of the School.
