Are you an experienced, dedicated teacher looking for your next challenge in a supportive and ambitious school? We are seeking an outstanding Year 5 Class Teacher to join a wonderful team and play a key role in the continuing journey of improvement.
About the role
As a Year 5 teacher, you will take full responsibility for leading teaching and learning within your class, ensuring high expectations and excellent outcomes for all pupils. You will be joining a one-form entry school, so the ability to manage your time effectively and plan independently is essential.
We are looking for someone who:
Is an experienced classroom practitioner (not suitable for ECTs)
Can confidently manage the demands of teaching in a one-form entry school
Has strong behaviour management and builds positive relationships with pupils
Is committed to being part of our school improvement journey, contributing ideas and energy to help school grow and develop
(Desirable) Has experience in subject leadership, particularly in a STEM subject area
