REESON Education are recruiting for an experienced Year 6 Class Teacher to join an OFSTED 'Outstanding' Primary School in the Borough of Hackney. The school are looking to offer a permanent contract to the right candidate.

The school are based a short walk away from a well connected London Overground Station that allows travel to Central London in under 20 minutes. For those who live locally to Hackney, a variety of bus routes also stop directly outside the school grounds.

The school are looking for an experienced Year 6 Class Teacher who is able to engage students of varying ability levels as well as drive progress within core subjects such as English, Maths and Science. Behaviour across the school is exemplary and as such there is a far higher focus on academic achievement at Upper KS2. This role would be best suited to a Year 6 Class Teacher with a minimum of 2 year's experience as well as a proven track record of raising attainment at Upper KS2.

As a Year 6 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for ensuring that pupils move on to Secondary School having achieved their full potential at the Primary phase. You will be confident in your ability to plan and prepare challenging lessons and have an outstanding knowledge of the Upper KS2 National Curriculum. You must also be able to maintain high standards of student behaviour and be clear and consistent in your approach to classroom management.

The school are looking for a Teacher who wants to invest and grow within their career; as such TLR's are available to candidates looking to teach Year 6 alongside additional responsibilities.
