The ABA Teaching Assistant Job
I am seeking people for the role of ABA Teaching Assistant with a proven track record working with challenging students to join the new team rejuvenating a special school in Wandsworth. The school is for pupils with a statement of Autism and low communication skills.
The School
The SLT is well established and highly regarded. Standards of teaching and learning are very high and whole school policies are coherent and actually enacted. Incidents of unacceptable behaviour are low and the morale amongst staff is high. The SLT are highly visible and they interact with staff of all levels constantly to ensure that they have a clear understanding of what is going on in class/the challenges and successes that staff deal with on a daily basis.
