About the School

A warm, community-driven primary school in Tower Hamlets, located a short walk from Bethnal Green station, is looking for a committed Early Years Educator to join their EYFS team. The school has a nurturing ethos, excellent leadership, and a well-resourced Early Years provision that places child-led learning and outdoor exploration at the heart of its approach.

With a diverse intake and a strong sense of belonging, this school provides a supportive environment where practitioners are encouraged to be creative, reflective and involved in shaping the learning environment.

The Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will work across both Nursery and Reception on a rotational basis, supporting children aged 3-5 with:

  • Early phonics, communication and language development

  • Play-based learning and continuous provision

  • Personal, social and emotional development

  • Small-group activities and child-initiated tasks

  • Creating engaging, purposeful learning areas indoors and outdoors

You'll collaborate closely with class teachers and the EYFS Lead to help children thrive academically and emotionally.

Ideal Candidate

The school is seeking an Early Years Educator who:

  • Holds a Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years or Childcare

  • Demonstrates strong understanding of the EYFS Framework

  • Is warm, patient and confident in supporting young learners

  • Can build positive relationships with families and staff

  • Brings creativity to play-based and sensory learning

Experience in a school-based Early Years setting is highly desirable.
