SEN English, Drama and History Teacher

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated and versatile SEN Teacher to join a thriving Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in West London. This is a unique opportunity for a qualified teacher to deliver English, Drama, and History to Key Stage 3 and 4 students with a range of additional learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), SEMH and moderate learning difficulties.
The Role:
Teach a balanced curriculum with a focus on English, Drama and History across KS3 and KS4
Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEN
Create a supportive, inclusive and inspiring learning environment
Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders to achieve the best outcomes
Maintain high standards of behaviour management in line with the school's policies

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
Experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably within a special school or inclusive mainstream setting
Strong subject knowledge across English, Drama and History
Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education
