This role is perfect for a Graduate Teaching Assistant who wants varied experience across multiple schools rather than being tied to one long-term placement.
Schools throughout Enfield regularly rely on Graduate Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs, behaviour challenges and learning delays. As a supply Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll gain exposure to different year groups, SEN settings and teaching styles.

Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Assisting with behaviour strategies and learning support
- Helping pupils stay engaged and motivated
- Working alongside teachers and SENCOs
- Adapting quickly as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in different settings
Requirements
- A degree in Psychology, Education or a related subject (preferred)
- An interest in SEN and child development
- Experience working with children (desirable, not essential)
- A positive, resilient and proactive approach
