A top East London school are seeking an KS1 Leader with a remit to overhaul their current KS1 team. For this post, you must be an innovative experienced KS1 Teacher seeking greater responsibility or a current assertive KS1 Leader who has accomplished all they can in their previous role and wants a new challenge.

The school wants to recruit a KS1 Leader who has the reponsibility to help aid the continued progress of all pupils. In this Early Years Leader position, you will be leading the KS1 team alongside the rest of the middle leadership team.

It is essential that you lead this phase by example, producing outstanding learning outcomes and developing your team to strive for the same standards. Part of your role will include ensuring the school is up to speed with annual changes to the KS1 curriculum.

In addition, as an KS1 Leader you will be observing all teachers across phase in order to develop standards of teaching and learning.

In this post you will be teaching stimulating lessons through the use of multiple sensory rooms at your disposal. Students here work really well with Soft play areas and other speciality resources, and it is hoped that you will be confident using them in your teaching too.
