KS1 Teacher
A progressive and exciting community school in Hackney, who's ethos is to create a welcoming and safe space for children to learn and develop into the best versions of themselves are looking to recruit a KS1 Teacher ahead of September 2022 on a permanent basis.
The ideal KS1 Teacher for this position will be experienced, have brilliant knowledge of the curriculum, Phonics training knowledge included great behaviour management and a clear passion for following and mirroring the school's ethos. This school is very keen on upskilling existing staff into more senior positions such as phase leads & subject leads.
KS1 Teacher responsibilities:
- Planning engaging and creative lessons
- Marking classwork
- Safeguarding pupils
- Building great working relationships with pupils
- Have a great working relationship with the existing TA.
KS1 Teacher Role requirements:
- QTS /NQTS accepted
- Extensive knowledge of KS1 curriculum
- Great SATS experience
- A diverse approach to teaching
- A great 'can do' attitude
