This is a unique opportunity to work closely with 5 bright pupils who require additional support with focus, behaviour and structure. The role would suit someone who is confident setting clear boundaries and building strong, positive relationships.
The Role:
Supporting a small group of Year 5 pupils (KS2)
Working closely with 5 children who need guidance, structure and encouragement
Supporting behaviour management and engagement in learning
Assisting with classroom learning and group activities
Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and focus
The Ideal Candidate:
Confident, resilient and able to set clear boundaries
Experience working with children with mild SEN or challenging behaviour
A calm, consistent and positive approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
