Reeson Education are working with a fantastic Preparatory school based in Tonbridge TN10. The school are looking for two Learning Support Assistants to deliver SEND interventions, ideally someone who has experience in delivering to dyslexic children or those who have EAL needs.
The main focus of the Learning Support Assistant role will be:
- To teach intervention programmes to KS1 and KS2 children
- To teach literacy and numeracy skills on a 1:1 basis
- To teach literacy and numeracy skills to small groups of children
- To direct sensory circuits, support fine motor activities and develop handwriting skills
One post is full time and the other is part time (0.8) and both will be starting as soon as possible on a long term ongoing basis. There is a possibility on securing a permanent placement for the right person.
