Learning Support Assistant - Southfields
Full Time | January Start | Long Term
I am supporting a mainstream primary school in Southfields who are looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join them from January 2026. This is a long-term position working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil in Key Stage 1 who requires additional SEN support.
Role Overview:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Working 1:1 with a KS1 pupil with special educational needs
Supporting learning, behaviour and engagement in the classroom
Long-term role for the academic year
Requirements:
Experience supporting children with SEN
Confidence working 1:1 in a primary setting
Reliability and commitment to the full academic year
