Learning Support Assistant - KS2 - Behaviour & SEND Support - Haringey
A well-regarded Primary School in Haringey is recruiting a resilient and proactive Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across KS2 with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs.
In this Learning Support Assistant role, you will support pupils in class, during transitions, and in small intervention groups. The school is looking for a Learning Support Assistant who can provide structure, consistency, and positive behaviour support.
The Learning Support Assistant role involves:
Supporting KS2 pupils with learning and behaviour
Providing 1:1 and small group support as a Learning Support Assistant
Working closely with teachers and the SEN team
Encouraging positive engagement and independence
To be considered for this Learning Support Assistant role:
Previous experience supporting SEND in KS2
Strong behaviour management skills
A calm and confident approach as a Learning Support Assistant
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
