As a Learning Support Assistant in Havering, you may be:
- Supporting a child with an EHCP on a 1:1 basis
- Working as a general classroom Learning Support Assistant
- Assisting pupils with communication and emotional regulation
- Helping deliver structured interventions
- Supporting positive behaviour strategies
