Reeson Education is looking for experienced and qualified Nursery Assistants to work flexibly across day nurseries and primary schools in Enfield. Role Details for the Nursery Assistant:
Pay: £13.69-£15.87 per hour (depending on qualification and experience)
Hours: Flexible between 8am-6pm (4-8 hour shifts)
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Across Enfield, including Edmonton, Palmers Green, and Southgate
Settings: Day nurseries and primary schools
What You'll Do as a Nursery Assistant:
Support children's development through creative, play-based learning
Provide attentive care and ensure children's safety and well-being
Assist with daily routines such as mealtimes, activities, and outdoor play
Promote positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
Contribute to maintaining a high-quality learning environment
Requirements for the Nursery Assistant:
Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is required
Experience working with children aged 0-5 years in a nursery or school setting
A nurturing and patient approach
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding principles
Flexibility and reliability across different settings
