Skilful Premises Assistant needed for an immediate start at a great school in South London.
The school is seeking a Premises Assistant to undertake responsibility for maintenance, security, as well as Health & Safety practices of the school.
This will include but may not be limited to the grounds, buildings, facilities and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Liaising with external contractors, clearing litter, opening/closing the buildings and moving furniture will all be responsibilities with this Premises Assistant position.
Basic awareness of Health & Safety legislation, understanding of maintenance/repair requirements and using one's own initiative will all be essential requirements in order to be considered as a Premises Assistant.
Experience of working in a school and DIY knowledge will both be advantageous for this Premises Assistant role.
The rates of pay for this Premises Assistant post will be between £70 to £120 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each candidate.

Requirements
You are encouraged to apply if you are a recently qualified Premises Assistant or experienced Premises Assistant.
Applications are also welcome if you are a British trained Premises Assistant or overseas trained Premises Assistant.
