A two-form entry school in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham walking distance from Barking Station are looking for a KS2 teacher with experience to take a year 6 class ASAP. The right candidate needs to be strong on behaviour management, classroom leadership and demonstrate good teaching practice. This is a great opportunity for an excellent teacher looking for a long-term teaching role.
Role requirements of a KS2 Teacher:
- Valid QTS
- Experience working as a Primary School Teacher
- A willingness to take on additional duties
- Strong on behaviour management
- Able to take on additional duties such as lesson planning
Main responsibilities of a KS2 Teacher:
- To prepare and take engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Co-ordinate effectively with senior leadership team
- To manage and organise non-teaching staff
- To perform safeguarding duties
