Students benefit from an individualized education plan and highly adapted curriculum. Academic aspirations, social, emotional and interpersonal skills are the key focus areas for the students within this school. Specialist support is given for behavior intervention and a positive and encouraging ethos is fostered to ensure students build self-esteem and confidence in themselves. The School works closely with parents and carers to ensure a consistent approach. It is so important that the staff build trust with their pupils in order to bring out their strengths and potential!

The Head Teacher is a true believer in providing teachers with a good work / life balance, as well as ensuring they are being provided with the support & training they need, both in and out of the classroom to progress.

You must be an excellent communicator who is able to work as part of a team to get the best from pupils and create a positive learning environment.
