We have a fantastic opportunity working at a small independent special school based in the borough of Westminster, who are currently looking for a charismatic Key Stage 2 teacher to join their primary team. This particular school specialises in working with children that have Specific Learning Difficulties such as Dyslexia from the ages of 4 - 16.
We are ideally looking for a primary teacher who holds QTS, has a strong knowledge of SpLD and is highly interested in supporting those with dyslexia, dyspraxia etc. These are some preferred individual qualities; however, these are not essential, and the school would be interested in NQT applicants.
The successful primary teacher will be working with an incredible team who are highly supportive. This school is fantastically resourced and follows the national curriculum. You will be working with small classes that have approximately 6 students. This enables the children to fulfil their maximum potential.
The primary teacher needs to be able to hit the ground running as they will be joining an outstanding, independent special school halfway through the academic year.
