REESON Education are recruiting on behalf of a successful client school in the Welling area of Bexley Borough. The school are looking to appoint a Reception Class Teacher to join the school on a permanent basis from September.
The school are a well organised, OFSTED 'Good' 3 form entry school with a fantastic team and excellent standards of behaviour and achievement across all year groups. The school can be reached easily by car and is also within a good walking distance of a mainline train station.
As a Reception Class Teacher you will have the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that encourage young pupils to develop a love of learning. You will be passionate about Early Years Education and ideally have opted to specialise within the phase during your Teacher training. A proportion of the EYFS curriculum will be focused on play based and cross-curricular learning; so innovative and well differentiated lesson plans will be essential.
The school is open to applications from NQTs and will also consider applications from strong, experienced KS1 teachers. All lesson planning will be done in collaboration with parallel year Teachers, so support will be available to Teachers who are new to Teaching or have not yet had experience within Reception.
The school are looking for a candidate who wishes to commit and progress within their career at a single school. With such a large staff team, there is plenty of room for progression and TLRs will be available to the right candidate later in the school year.
