Reeson Education are currently seeking an SEMH TA to work within a Pupil Referral Unit in East London.
We are searching for Teaching Assistants who are looking for full time, long term roles. The ideal candidate should have strong behaviour management skills and ideally have previously worked with SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health), challenging behaviours and at-risk youth.
If you are currently looking for a role in which you can inspire young people and have an impact on those young people who have not had the best start in life, those who may be struggling with mental health issues and trauma, then this is the role for you.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an outstanding and unique school which are led by inspirational teachers. Class sizes vary from groups of 3 to the biggest class which has only 7 students, ranging between the ages of 11 - 16. The students who attend this school may have been permanently excluded from a mainstream setting or suffer from ill mental health.
