Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external professionals to create a holistic learning environment.
- Implement and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to address specific learning requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes students' well-being and development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an SEN Teacher, particularly in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of a variety of Special Educational Needs.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
