My client is a good to outstanding Ofsted rated school that is looking for a creative and vibrant SEN Teacher who is able to demonstrate excellent classroom practice with an up-to-date understanding of the latest curriculum across all key stages. The school supports pupils with moderate and severe learning difficulties - experience in this area would be highly beneficial.

The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver fun, creative, interesting lessons designed to increase attainment and stimulate independent thought and discussion amongst pupils.

In return you will be joining a successful and vibrant SEN school. As a SEN teacher you will be given excellent in house training. The class is well supported by an outstanding team of TAs and the Deputy Head would also be your Key Stage Coordinator and on hand to support you through the transition.

This SEN School aims to provide opportunities and support so that the pupils develop a good work ethic, inner confidence together with interpersonal and social skills. The School enables their pupils to make positive choices about their behaviour, both in and out of school, so that they become successful members of the wider community. The School believes that the quality of education for all children can be defined through developing a culture of inclusion and acceptance, in which all members of the school community are valued equally, treated with respect and provided with equal opportunities.
