Reeson Education are supporting a large mainstream secondary school in Lambeth south London who require an enthusiastic SENCO to join their team from September 2022 on a part-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled SENCO to lead a dynamic, supportive and committed SEN department by providing strategic leadership in the provision for students with special educational needs. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills as a leader by contributing to whole school improvement. Qualified SENCOs with prior experience in a similar setting are encouraged to apply. This is a permanent position starting 1st September 2022.

The successful candidate will:
- Coordinate and lead a busy SEN department
- Provide effective support to young people with social, emotional and mental health needs
- Have the ability to understand the needs of their pupils and deliver exceptional support to ensure all pupils meet their full potential
- Have the knowledge, skills and understanding to oversee support and intervention for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
