We are recruiting a reliable, decisive SEN Teacher for a specialist provision in Rotherham (S62), ideal for someone who thrives in high-expectation, SEMH-focused environments.

About the Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver structured lessons and targeted interventions, set clear routines, and use a confident, no-nonsense teaching style to keep pupils focused, disciplined, and progressing. • Performance Tracking: Monitor academic and behavioural progress, providing clear updates to senior staff.
  • Professional Coordination: Work efficiently with support staff, leaders, and external services to maintain aligned standards.

To succeed as an SEN Teacher, you will need:

  • Experience in SEN, SEMH, teaching, or structured educational settings.
  • Strong presence with organised, controlled, and authoritative communication.
  • Confidence leading classes and managing behaviour with clarity and consistency.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly under pressure.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through us.

Benefits as an SEN Teacher:

  • Competitive daily rate of £150-£230 depending on experience.
  • Full-time and part-time roles available.
  • Access to specialist training and professional development.
  • A stable, well-organised working environment.
  • The opportunity to drive measurable academic and behavioural progress.

Please note: This role requires solid safeguarding awareness, and applicants must meet full safer-recruitment standards, including holding an enhanced DBS or being willing to obtain one.
