Teaching Assistant needed ASAP in an 'Outstanding' mixed Secondary School in South London.
The school is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant immediately, on a full-time basis.
This will be a term time only contract and working hours will be 37.5 a week.
If appointed as a Teaching Assistant, you will be working with a range of SEN pupils, with needs ranging from SPAG, ADHD etc.
Job responsibilities for this Teaching Assistant post will involve supervising and providing support for student in class and on a 1:1 basis, assisting class teachers in the development of resources, schemes of work and strategies, as well as recording pupil progress.
In terms of qualifications and experience, the school is seeking a Teaching Assistant who is educated to at least degree level, has knowledge of working with young people with challenging behaviours, experience of supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and a solid understanding of proper Safeguarding practices in a school environment.
The rates of pay for this Teaching Assistant position will range from £70 to £100 a day depending on the experiences and qualifications of each candidate.

Requirements
