Reeson Education are currently looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who has experience working with Primary aged children. The successful candidate will have a caring, attentive and thoughtful nature who is able to work well with children from all walks of life and backgrounds. As a Teaching Assistant within this school you will be working with a Key Stage 2 Class and supporting them with their reading, writing, numeracy and social skills.
What does being a Teaching Assistant consist of?
* Small intervention groups or assisting children within the class
* Reporting on progress
* Building relationships with students and parents
* Managing Challenging Behaviour
* Working closely with the class teacher, SLT and SENDCO to achieve improvement
