We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work in one of their KS1 classes.
This is a temporary, full-time (term time only) Teaching Assistant position, starting 23rd January 2023 and finishing 6th July 2023.
Working under the supervision of a qualified teacher you must be able to work independently and be capable of working with small groups of children in order to be able to support their learning and assess their progress and development. Applicants must have strong written and oral communication skills; a strong work ethic; the ability to work as part of a cohesive team combined with good organisational skills and the ability to form and maintain positive suitable relationships with children.
Salary is in a range of £17,500 to £21,000 (actual pro rated salary for full-time, term time only) depending on qualifications and experience. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.25am to 4.30pm term time only.
