SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for working with students with challenging behaviours? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and committed individual to join a large SEN School located in North West London. This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent in the future.

Teaching Assistant within this SEN School

  • You will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs
  • Particularly those with behaviours that challenge
  • Your prior experience in working with these types of behaviours will be invaluable in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive

Working alongside a team of 3-4 Teaching Assistants, you will provide support to a class of 8 students. Your responsibilities will include assisting the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons, adapting teaching methods to cater to individual needs, and implementing behaviour management strategies to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
