Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Early Years classroom, ensuring the safety and well-being of children.

- Adhere to the DFE ratio regulations, ensuring appropriate adult-to-child ratios are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- Relevant Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning, and Development).
- Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is advantageous.
- Understanding of the DFE ratio regulations and willingness to adhere to them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
