Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities:
- As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide classroom support to students across various year groups, ranging from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- You will assist students with their learning activities, including Maths, English, and other subjects, under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
- Supporting students with additional needs, you will work closely with the SENCO to implement individual education plans and provide one-on-one support where necessary.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, you will foster student's social and emotional development, promoting their well-being and academic progress.
Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children in an educational setting is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for supporting student's learning and development, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are desirable but not essential.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards working with children from diverse backgrounds.
